What are the dates for the Forum?
The 2018 UCOT World Forum will take place October 29th-30th, 2018. We encourage delegates to arrive early to take advantage of all pre-forum activities.
How do I get an invitation to the Forum?
Attendance at the UCOT World Forum is by application. Apply and then we will send you information on the next steps. Each year, we plan to bring new delegates into the community in alignment with programming themes and partnership opportunities. The application for the 2018 UCOT World Forum is now available.
What is the attendance fee?
The attendance fee for the 2018 UCOT World Forum ranged from $850-1200 USD. 2019 fees to be announced.
Where can I buy a ticket?
We would love to have you at UCOT World Forum. Please grab your ticket here
Can I bring a personal guest to any of the Forum sessions?
Each invitation is specific for each person. Personal guests are not permitted to attend UCOT World Forum activities. They can buy their own individual tickets in order to participate.
Can I suggest someone take my place at the Forum?
While the invitation is specific to each person, we review transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request here
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation refunds will be made on requests received on or before Friday, September 29, 2018. Refunds already processed will be subject to the online money transfer fees. Please note that refunds will not be available after Saturday, September 29, 2018.
How can I participate in communicating about the Forum before, during, and after the event?

What happens if there is an emergency onsite at the UCOT World Forum?
Our primary mode of communication will be mobile technology and email to send emergency notices out directly to those affected. When registering online, be sure to include the mobile phone number you will be utilizing at the Forum.
What is the code of conduct at the UCOT World Forum?
UCOT and our partners are committed to a UCOT World Forum free of harassment, discrimination, sexism, and threatening or disrespectful behavior. It’s up to us all to uphold the highest standards of mutual respect and honorable behavior. If you experience or witness what you feel is harassment or inappropriate behavior at the Forum, please email our code of conduct team here.
If you believe you’ve experienced something that constitutes criminal behavior, please contact the local authorities by dialing 911. Police and law enforcement officers are available 24 hours a day.
How can I offset my carbon emissions to the Forum?
If you wish to offset your carbon emissions, ClimateCare is a service that can help individuals and organizations to calculate their carbon offset and make contributions to stem the effects of climate change.
To minimize the footprint of the UCOT World Forum, we have taken great care to ensure that the entire event prioritizes sustainable practices and is 100% Carbon Neutral. Therefore, every product you see at the Forum—including the signage, production sets, and furniture—has been made using local, sustainable products, and reused from prior years when possible. Meals include fair trade products and local produce.
